The Master Musician Rental Program Here is what you need to know about our rental program:
1. Rent to Rent
a. Put down an initial security deposit.
b. Pay a monthly rental rate (which includes
maintenance) for a minimum of 9 months.
c. After 9 months, the rental term becomes month-to-
month.
d. Return the instrument any time after 9 months, with
no further obligation.
2. Rent to Own
a. Put down an initial security deposit.
b. Pay a monthly rental rate (which includes
maintenance) for a minimum of 9 months.
c. Purchase the instrument within 4 months of the
original rental term and receive a 20% discount, or...
d. Continue to make monthly payments until the full
price of the instrument (plus tax) has been paid.
You now own your instrument!
e. Instruments can be returned anytime after the 9 month
minimum term, with no further obligation.
3. Rent to Step Up
a. Put down an initial security deposit.
b. Pay a monthly rental rate (which includes
maintenance) for a minimum of 9 months.
c. Purchase your step-up instrument within 4 months of
the original rental term and receive a 20% discount, or...
d. Continue to make monthly payments until the full
price of the instrument (plus tax) has been paid.
You now own your instrument!
e. Instruments can be returned anytime after the 9 month
minimum term, with no further obligation.
Returning your instrument before the minimum 9 month term is permitted, but you will be charged a cleaning fee. The maintenance portion of your montly rental rate does not apply to the purchase of your instrument. Late fees incured during the rental term do not apply to the purchase of your instrument.
Our maintenance covers any normal wear and tear brought about while playing the instrument. The rental customer is responsible for daily caretaking (e.g. - Oiling valves, swabbing instrument after play). Any heavy or deliberate damage determined by The Master Musician technicians will be charged to the person renting the instrument.
