Return & Exchange Policy

Merchandise Refunds
Customers have (15) days from the date of purchase to return their item. Please return items in their original packaging. Upon returning an item, you will be refunded in the same form that you paid. If your purchase was charged on a debit or credit card, it will be refunded to that card. We do not offer cash refunds for debit charges. Please have your receipt and credit/debit card on hand (if applicable) to make the refund process as simple as possible.

Merchandise Exchanges

Merchandise can be exchanged for an item of equivalent value (ex. if you purchased the wrong music book or the wrong size of reeds), as long as the item does not fall under the category of Non-Refundable Items listed below.

Non-Refundable Items
These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary issues and configuration for your particular instrument.

  • Instrument lyres (unless it is the wrong size lyre).
  • Reeds that are not in their sealed packaging.
  • Books that have been damaged or marked with pen or pencil.
  • Special orders (any item that is not regularly kept in stock).

Instrument Rental Returns
Existing rental customers may refer to their rental contract for exact details regarding returns.
